struct ReferenceConditions

Entries may be distributed or repeated identically on several ranks.

Conflicting values and pressure/flow overprescription are invalid.

std::map<Id, double> pressures

Node id -> pressure in Pa.

std::map<Id, double> inflows

Node id -> externally injected m^3/s; negative means extraction.

std::map<Id, std::pair<double, double>> robin = {}

Node id -> (beta, g) in q_out = beta*p - g.

Conductance beta is finite and nonnegative, in m^3/(Pa s); g is finite, in m^3/s. A positive beta anchors pressure; beta=0 prescribes outward flow -g. Each node accepts exactly one of pressure, inflow and Robin data.
