std::vector<VesselCell> ImmersX::Vascularization::subdivide(const NetworkData &network, Id vessel, const std::vector<double> &coordinates)

Partition one physical vessel at strictly increasing reference coordinates including exactly 0 and 1.

Does not change the physical graph or radii.
